Who processes your data

Contact form

When you write to us via the form, we process your name, email and message. The message is delivered to us by email and is not stored on the website. We use the data only to reply to you and, where relevant, to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up cooperation, no longer than 3 years after the last communication.

Phone and WhatsApp

If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we process your phone number and the content of the communication for the same purpose and period as for the contact form. WhatsApp messages are also processed by its operator, WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), under its own terms.

AI chat

The chat on this website is operated by artificial intelligence, not a human. Answers are generated by a language model and may contain inaccuracies – we are happy to confirm binding information by email.

  • We store conversations to improve answers and follow up on your questions. Conversations are deleted automatically after 12 months.
  • If you share a phone number in the chat, we store it and send it to ourselves by email so we can call you back.
  • The text of your messages is sent for processing to OpenRouter, Inc. (USA) and to the language model provider OpenRouter forwards the request to. These providers may process data outside the EU.
  • Please do not enter sensitive data in the chat (health information, national ID numbers, passwords, etc.).

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering questions about our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, for a phone number, your request to be called back (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Abuse protection

To protect the chat from bots, we briefly store a hash of your IP address from which the IP address itself cannot be recovered. These records are deleted after about an hour.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses only technical cookies necessary for it to work (session, language choice, form security). We do not use analytics or marketing cookies and do not measure traffic, so we do not ask for your consent. Some libraries (Bootstrap, jQuery, SweetAlert2, Nette) are loaded from public CDNs (jsDelivr, unpkg, jQuery CDN), which technically process your IP address when doing so.

Who else has access

We never sell your data. It is processed only by suppliers the website cannot work without: our hosting provider, email service providers (including Google) and, for the AI chat, OpenRouter and the language model provider mentioned above.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to info@domusdigital.cz. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
